What's included
Burners cleaned
Dirty burners waste gas and can light rough. We clean and check the flame.
Heat exchanger inspection
We look for cracks or rust, the part that keeps exhaust out of your air.
Carbon monoxide test
We test for CO around the furnace and the flue.
Safety controls
Limit switch, flame sensor, pressure switch and ignition, checked one by one.
Filter & airflow
We check the filter, blower and airflow, and tell you if anything needs attention.
Straight answers
If something needs repair, you get a written price first. No pressure, no surprises.
Offer is for one residential gas or electric furnace per visit in our service area. Parts and repairs are quoted separately before any work. Good through Dec 31.
