This policy explains what information Hoss Air HVAC Services ("Hoss Air", "we") collects when you contact us, and what we do with it. In short: we use it to answer your request and do the job. We don't sell it.
What we collect
- Quote form on this website: your name, phone number, email (if you give it), city or address, the service you need and your message.
- Facebook and Instagram lead forms: what you choose to submit, such as your name, phone number, ZIP code and the service you need. Meta passes these to us.
- Calls and texts: your phone number and what you tell us about the job.
- Job records: service address, equipment details, estimates, invoices and service history.
We don't collect payment card numbers on this website.
How we use it
- To call, text or email you back about your request.
- To schedule visits, prepare estimates, do the work and send invoices.
- To keep service records for warranty and follow-up work on your system.
- To send past customers seasonal reminders, like a yearly tune-up. You can opt out any time.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We only share it with services that help us run the business:
- Formspree, which delivers quote requests from this website to our email.
- Meta, when you use a Facebook or Instagram lead form. Meta's own privacy policy also applies there.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and keeps short-term technical logs (like IP addresses) for security.
- Our email and phone providers, and equipment manufacturers or distributors only when needed to register a warranty on equipment we install for you.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Texts
If you give us your number, we may text you about your request or appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. See our cookie policy.
How long we keep it
We keep requests that don't turn into jobs for up to 2 years. We keep job and invoice records as long as needed for warranties, taxes and legal requirements.
Your choices, and deleting your info
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and opt out of reminder messages. Email info@hossairhvac.com or call (424) 235-7169. We'll confirm the request is from you and answer within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for asking. We may need to keep some records the law requires, and we'll tell you if so.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
